MANUSCRIPT GUIDELINES:

You may submit up to twenty pages of fiction. The material should be unpublished works in progress. The manuscripts must be double-spaced, with one inch margins, rendered in 12-point Times Roman font. Each page must be numbered, and your name should appear on each page. Please do not print double-sided pages. If your manuscript submission is part of a longer work, please indicate this. A one-page (rendered in manuscript style) synopsis is acceptable for such submissions. We’re sorry, but we are unable to return the submitted manuscripts.

Currently, all scheduled workshops and conferences focus on fiction, so please, for now, do not submit manuscripts in other genres.

REMEMBER: Include the name under which you paid, using PayPal, the $20 application/processing fee. If you prefer not to use PayPal, please mail your payment to Below Sea Level, PO Box 98, Panacea, Florida, 32346. Manuscripts will not be read, processed, or considered until the application/processing fee has been paid.
